My Name is Alex Gomez !! Yes I do have a first name lol !! But everyone has called me Gomez since 1994 lol yes the same year the Rangers won the Stanley Cup. But I am very lucky of who I am and what I have done !!

Well I really started podcasting on March 3, 2021 this is the day Playlist Wars was launched, Now Brian Colburn who has been podcasting since god knows how long including its his job doing media and editing god bless him because editing ain’t my forte lol !!

Everyone has a Bio so I figure I give you one !! Well let’s start from the being the day I was born Let’s take it back all the way December 17, 1979 born right here in New Jersey, where exactly well it was New Jersey good old Elizabeth. My Mom who is Cuban and my Dad who is Peruvian I guess I got the best of both worlds being a mix when it comes to food I ate very good between Cuban and Peruvian food.

Born in Elizabeth, but really lived in Passaic for a couple of years before moving to Clifton New Jersey for about two years, and then Move to Rutherford, where I went to school St. Mary Grammar School were I met a lot of great friends and living in town met a lot of great friends from playing sports and meeting people around town. Playing sports was the best thing and riding bikes and being all over town was the best thing !!

Now I get to 8th grade as now picking a high school is important, Well I was looking at Rutherford High, St. Mary’s High, and another school for soccer. Well I Choose St. Mary’s and I played football. Played my Freshmen year I enjoyed it a lot and had fun met a lot of great people from different towns. I will say playing football was the best thing around my teammates and my coaches are who made me who I am today hard working and dedicated to everything I do.

And this what leads me to podcasting and blogging, Listen I know I am not writer, sometimes I ramble and don’t make sense. But one thing I love to do it Blogging and Podcasting, I am truly working very hard to make all this successful and for everyone I touch with these blogs and shows it means the world to me. I can’t thank everyone for following since Playlist Wars.

First before I forget I really have to thank my wife and my two kids who help me and give me the passion for doing what I do with my show, My mom and dad ( Which I do miss you everyday ) Thank you for always working hard to giving me a better life !! Also I have to Thank St. Mary’s Football Program all my teammates and all my coaches and to the guys who I had the HONOR to coaching them was the greatest thrill of my Life and State Champions 2006 beating Paterson Catholic what a thrill and all the hard work taping all those games, And Also To Brian Colburn who has helped me become the podcaster who I am today Thank You.
